We work off drop cloths, take shoes off, and put anything we move back exactly where it was. You need to be home for interior work, and it is worth clearing the sills before we arrive.
Clean rain on clean glass does not leave marks. Dirty glass streaks because rain picks up the dirt already sitting on the pane, so a window cleaned properly the day before a storm still looks clean afterwards. If yours does not, the seven day guarantee covers it and we come back. We do reschedule when heavy rain is forecast during the visit itself.

We remove them. Sprinkler overspray leaves mineral deposits that etch into the surface, and ordinary washing will not shift them. Our technicians polish the affected panes by hand with a cerium oxide compound, which takes the deposit off rather than sealing over it. It costs $75 on top of the clean. Very deep etching cannot always be fully reversed, and we will tell you that before we charge you for it.
